Iyali Hope Community Centre – Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 3, 2026

At Iyali Hope Community Centre (formerly Kingdom Kids Klub), we are committed to the responsible and transparent use of every donation to support our community programs. Because donations are immediately put to work to fund our mission, we generally do not offer refunds.

However, we understand that mistakes happen. We will consider refund requests in the following specific circumstances:

1. Eligibility for a Refund

• Duplicate Donations: If a technical error or accidental click results in a duplicate transaction, please notify us immediately. We will refund the extra amount.
• Clerical Errors: If you entered an incorrect donation amount (e.g., adding an extra zero by mistake) or selected the wrong project, contact us within 48 hours. We will do our best to adjust or refund the amount, provided the funds have not already been disbursed for program use.
• Event Cancellations: If you register and pay for a specific fundraising event or workshop that is subsequently cancelled by Iyali Hope Community Centre, a full refund will be issued.

2. Processing and Timelines

• Request Window: All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
• Processing Time: Once approved, refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave, or direct bank transfer).
• Transaction Fees: Please note that in some cases, third-party processing fees incurred at the time of donation may be non-refundable.

3. Limitations

Iyali Hope Community Centre reserves the right to decline a refund request at its sole discretion, particularly if:

• The funds have already been spent on charitable projects, emergency relief, or community supplies.
• The donation was made as part of a “restricted fund” that has already been closed.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you need to discuss a donation error, please reach out to our finance team with your transaction receipt or donation details:

• Email: iyalihopecommunitycentre@gmail.com
• Office: After Small Deeper Life Church, Angwan Borehole Rayfield Zarmaganda Road, Jos Plateau State.
• Visit our CONTACT page for more information on how to contact us

5. Recognition of Legacy Donations

If you previously set up recurring donations under our former name, Kingdom Kids Klub, those contributions will automatically continue to support Iyali Hope Community Centre unless you choose to modify your settings.

Note: We encourage all supporters to double-check their donation amounts before submitting. Your generosity is the engine of our hope!
