Established in Plateau State, Nigeria, to protect and care for vulnerable children and women in Jos and surrounding communities.

Iyali Hope Community Centre (IHCC), formerly known as Kingdom Kids Klub (K3), was founded in 2007 in Plateau State, Nigeria, with a mission to protect, care for, and empower vulnerable children and women.
In 2011, K3 established Destiny Home (House of Destiny) to provide temporary care for orphans and vulnerable children — offering shelter, education, psychosocial support, healthcare, and life skills development. Recognizing the long-term benefits of family-based care, the organization initiated a strategic transition in 2014, moving away from institutional care toward family reunification, kinship care, and community-based alternatives. By 2022, this transition was fully adopted across all programs.
In 2025, the organization was formally rebranded as Iyali Hope Community Centre (IHCC) — a name reflecting its renewed focus on family strengthening, community resilience, and sustainable child protection systems. "Iyali" means family in Hausa.
"God sets the lonely in families, he leads out the prisoners with singing; but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land."
— Psalm 68:6 (NIV) · The scripture at the heart of IHCC's mission

People Reached
To guide decision-making and daily operations, IHCC adopted a set of core values that defi ne its ethos and commitment to service. These include:
Love drives our commitment to create safe, nurturing spaces where vulnerable children and families are not only supported, but truly seen, valued, and empowered to thrive
We believe that every child deserves to grow and thrive within a safe, nurturing family environment. Family extends beyond biological ties to include all who provide care, protection, and emotional security. We prioritize strengthening families.
We are committed to serving vulnerable children and families with compassion, excellence, and humility. Service drives us to place the needs of vulnerable children at the heart of all we do.
Empathy informs our approach to community development, allowing us to walk in the shoes of those we serve and respond with compassion, dignity, and respect.
In every decision we make, we choose integrity because every child deserves truth, safety, and a future built on trust. Integrity isn’t just what we say, it’s how we love, how we serve, and how we restore hope, one family at a time.
We promote the strength to overcome challenges and grow through diffi culty. Resilience empowers children, families, and our organization to adapt, recover, and thrive.
We believe that sustainable change is only possible when we work hand-in-hand with families, communities, stakeholders, and allies who share our vision of a more just and resilient world.
