How We Serve

Older children and youth in IHCC’s care are equipped with practical life skills, vocational training, and career guidance to prepare them for independent living and economic stability. Recognizing that many youth ageing out of care lack the practical skills needed to navigate adulthood, IHCC provides training in areas such as financial literacy, job readiness, internships, entrepreneurship, cooking, budgeting, and vocational trades.

Our goal is to ensure every youth leaves IHCC’s care prepared to support themselves and contribute to society.
